The whole cost, on one line
A platform fee, a monthly giving fee, and a per-transaction fee is three fees. ChurchHarmony is 0.3% plus Stripe’s published non-profit rate, and there is nothing else to find in the invoice.

Donors can cover the processing fees
One setting on any giving form lets the giver add the processing cost to their gift. A meaningful share of donors choose to, which recovers most of the cost of accepting the gift.

One ledger for the plate and the web
The batch manager records Sunday cash and checks in the same ledger as online and recurring gifts. Year-end statements are complete without merging spreadsheets in January.

What are the fees for church online giving?
ChurchHarmony charges 0.3% per transaction for any payment type. Stripe non-profit rates apply on top: 0.8% for ACH debit and 2.2% + 30¢ for major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. There is no signup fee, monthly minimum, or platform fee.
Can donors give by bank transfer instead of card?
Yes, and ACH debit at Stripe’s 0.8% non-profit rate is significantly cheaper for the church than a card gift.
Can donors set up recurring giving themselves?
Yes. Donors manage their own recurring gifts, and pledges and budget planning are included.
Do you handle year-end tax statements?
Yes. Receipts, contribution reporting, and year-end tax statements generate from the same ledger that holds online, recurring, cash, and check giving.
Is donor data secure?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe on PCI Level 1 certified infrastructure, and financial access inside ChurchHarmony is role-controlled.
